Alchimia was born from a shared vision shaped by two different paths.
Leonardo’s background comes from behind the bar. Years of experience as a bartender gave form to the original idea: a cocktail service that understands timing, technique, and the crucial role the bar plays within a wedding or private event.
Sara joined this foundation with a different contribution — one that grew inside the company itself. Her focus today lies in shaping the overall direction of the service, from visual balance to atmosphere and flow, ensuring the bar feels fully integrated into the event.
Together, these perspectives define Alchimia: a luxury cocktail bar service for weddings and private events across Italy, built on experience, intention, and a clear sense of identity.

Alchimia — the Italian word for Alchemy — carries two souls.

For us, the visual realization is as critical as the flavor profile.
